Getting counseling support is an investment in yourself, and that investment reaches into so many parts of your life. When you feel more grounded, more clear, and more able to handle what life is asking of you, that affects everything.

For those reasons I have created multiple payment options to support you.

I want the insurance and payment side of things to feel simple, clear, and easy to understand so you can focus on getting the support you need.

Self Pay Rates

There's a number of reasons someone may choose or need to go through self-pay.

Self-pay may be a good option if your insurance does not cover counseling, if I am not in network with your plan, if you prefer not to use insurance, or if you do not currently have insurance.

For many clients, self-pay offers a more flexible and straightforward option for getting support.

If you have out-of-network benefits through an insurance carrier, and you may be eligible for partial reimbursement depending on your specific plan. I would be able to help you submit that paperwork required for that if needed.

Standard Rate: $125

My standard self pay rate for sessions during standard business hours. Starting as early as 8am.

After Hours Rate: $150

After-hours sessions are available for clients who need more flexibility outside of standard business hours. Sessions are after 5pm.

Weekend Rate: $175

Weekend sessions are available for clients who need support outside of the usual workweek or emergencies.

Health Savings Account (HSA) &

Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

These accounts let you use pre-tax money to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, which may include counseling sessions. If you have an HSA or FSA through your employer or your insurance plan, you may be able to use those funds to help cover the cost of therapy.

What To Expect In My Counseling Process

I believe counseling should actually make sense and feel useful. You should be able to leave a session knowing what we talked about, why it matters, and how to use it in your real life. That's why I take time to break things down in a way that feels clear, practical, and easier to put into action at home.

My approach is a little more structured than some other types of counseling, and that's very intentional. I never liked therapy that felt like we were just venting, putting out little fires, or going in circles without really getting to the deeper patterns that keep people stuck. Most people don't like that either.

So I do things differently. Your time, money, and emotional energy matter, and I respect that. I want our work together to feel focused, helpful, and worth showing up.

Here's what that looks like:

1. We get clear on what we're workin on.

We start by figuring out what's really going on and what needs the most attention, so we can make the best use of our time.

2. You'll have things to work on between sessions.

I give you tools, reflections, and exercises to help you practice what we talk about in session, so therapy doesn't stop the moment you leave.

3. We track your progress and celebrate growth.

I want you to be able to see the changes happening. Even small steps matter, and it's important to recognize the progress you're making along the way.
